The company owns a 50% interest in the Hercules property, located in Southwest Idaho, a first-class mining jurisdiction home to some of the world’s most prolific silver discoveries. Our vision is to deliver corporate growth and shareholder value through the definition and development of the Hercules, which has been looked at as a highly prospective property since the late 1900s. Mr. Marshall has over 13 years of experience in mineral exploration. He currently serves as Director for First Idaho Resources Inc. and Anglo-Bomarc Mines Ltd., both listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. Mr. Marshall brings a wealth of experience in financing, acquisitions, strategic planning and corporate development to First Idaho.

Nizar Y. Bharmal, CGA CFO

Mr. Bharmal has over 30 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, equity finance and public company management. He has been a senior executive and/or director of many publicly traded companies listed on North American Stock Exchanges.

Don H. Adair, B.S., M.S., RPG Consulting Geologist and Project Manager

Mr. Adair is an exploration geologist with more than 40 years of experience. He began his career with Bear Creek Mining Co. (Kennecott Copper) with whom he worked for 7 years, followed by becoming Exploration Manager for a junior company (Curwood Mining Co.) for 5 years, discovering and selling two disseminated copper-molybdenum deposits to major companies. Thereafter he became a consultant, working for a large number of different clients spanning the whole spectrum of market capitalization, from majors to juniors. During the years since 1980 he has been closely associated with the discovery of two “Carlintype” gold districts in the western U.S. that have each supported multiple heap-leach open pit mining operations. Don brings a broad range of experience in that he has written many geological reports on the Hercules Silver Project, with which he has been acquainted intermittently for many years. He is well acquainted with all phases of the mineral exploration business, from evaluation of initial grass roots properties to the supervision of advanced projects, both surface and underground, including reserve estimation and pre-feasibility economic analyses. He is the author and co-author of several published articles on the geology of certain gold districts in the western U.S. and continues to be an active member of a number of professional organizations.
